Alton Bernard Floyd

Alton "Doknob" Floyd, 58, of Evergreen, died Saturday, January 21, 2017 at Columbus Regional Healthcare in Whiteville. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 2:00 pm at St. Mary's Baptist Church, Evergreen, Rev. Nathaniel Scott, Pastor. Burial in the Evergreen Community Cemetery. Viewing will be one hour before the service at the church and again after the service. He is survived by his wife Christine Floyd, two daughters, Chantel Floyd of the home, Angernette Floyd of Baltimore, MD, two sons Antwan Floyd and Alton Floyd Jr., both of Baltimore, MD. Sisters Diane McKenzie of Whiteville, Sudie Frink, Sadie Hicks and Deborah Floyd all of Evergreen, seven grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may visit the family at 588 Otis-Donnell Nixon Rd Evergreen.
