Bobby Wayne Nealy, age 71 of Clarendon, North Carolina slipped into eternal peace on Saturday, December 25, 2021, at McLeod Loris Seacoast Hospital in Loris, South Carolina with his family by his side.
He was born on June 26, 1950, in Wilmington, North Carolina to Virgie Stanley Mise and the late Wonie Nealy, Sr.
He was preceded in death by his step-father, Earnest Mise, and brother, Wonie Nealy, Jr.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 31, 2021, at the Todd Cemetery #2 in Clarendon. Pastor Joseph Singleton of Grace International Worship Center George, officiating.
A walk-through viewing will be held from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at D&A Funeral Services Chapel.
To cherish his memory he leaves five daughters, Avala Nealy of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, B. Yvonne Nealy-Hill and husband, Lynwood of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Audra Singleton and husband, Joseph of Greenville, North Carolina, Kimberlyn Morning of Orlando, Florida, and Tonya Crosby and husband, Steven Ses of Woodbridge, Virginia; two sons Bari Singleton of Los Angeles, California and Rhamel Lawyer of Brooklyn, New York; mother Virgie Stanley Mise of Clarendon, North Carolina; four sisters Rhonda Nealy Cook of Clarendon, North Carolina, Gail Nealy of Chesapeake, Virginia, Annette Nealy of Laurel, Maryland and Sharon Nealy of Fort Bragg, North Carolina; four brothers Daniel Keel of Chadbourn, North Carolina, Ronald Nealy of St. Pauls, North Carolina, Ray Nealy of Lumberton, North Carolina, and Dale Nealy of Lumberton, North Carolina; fifteen grandchildren, Dez’Sjunique Nealy-Campbell, Kurstan Nealy-Campbell, Prashant Hill, Princeton Hill, Nikhaule Singleton, Nylah Singleton, LaTisha Wells, Sterlina Amis and husband, Daniel, Sterling Morning, Jr., Raiven Crosby, Steven Caleb Crosby III, Sion Miles, Raquel Sampson, Natalie Walker, and Alonzo Lawyer; five great-grandchildren Alaina, Malia, Zaria, Sterling, and Jaylynn. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends who loved him dearly.
