Sarah Catherine Turner

Sarah Catherine Turner, age 69 of Chadbourn, entered into the presence of her Lord on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System.

Born November 8, 1952, in Robeson County, she was the daughter of the late John Jr Turner and Sarah Wilkerson.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at Horace Grove Baptist Church, 11001 Old U.S. 74, Evergreen, NC 28438, with Rev. Cleo Williamson officiating. Interment will follow in the Horace Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Mason Drive Evergreen, NC 28438.

Visitation will follow the service.

Surviving are a fur baby Pearl; four brothers: Rev. John Willie Turner (Reedy), Allen McBride, James McBride(Jessica), and Gladelle Turner (Detrie); three sisters: Joanna Santas (Elias), Layruth Ward, and Felicia Wilkerson (Claude); and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
